Several Fixes

With today's server save, the Repenters tasks have been adjusted in response to the community feedback. They do not yield any monetary rewards anymore. The experience rewards and the chance to receive a pannier backpack have not been changed.
We also fixed an issue with Zeronex who could not be reached anymore. Moreover, an issue with guild chat channel invitations was fixed. Last but not least, we also addressed an issue that led to idle messages of NPCs not being displayed in local chat.
